Members of the Defence Forces are to take part in a project to build a medical centre and school in a northern Honduras town which was devastated by Hurricane Mitch. The Minister for Defence, Mr Smith, has agreed to release 26 soldiers, including carpenters, plasterers, electricians and plumbers, with medical support, on special leave with pay to APSO.
