Six people were killed and another 21 severely injured today in a powerful explosion in the Chechen capital of Grozny.

Six people were killed and another 21 severely injured today in a powerful explosion in the Chechen capital of Grozny.

The blast blew up a municipal bus as it drove by near the city's central market. It was unclear whether the blast was caused by a bomb or a landmine.

Most of the victims were passengers on the municipal bus.
