Johannesburg - The South African parliament has accused the military of a serious breach of security by posting a highly damning internal report on the Internet, a newspaper reported yesterday.
The Sunday Independent said the report, posted on the Internet last month, details decay and declining morale in all sections of the military and a shortage of cash which meant parts of South Africa's borders were unmanned.
