The SDLP leader, Mr John Hume, said yesterday his party's Assembly members have their policies formulated should today's Ulster Unionist Council meeting vote to re-establish the Assembly. "There is a very important decision to be taken by the Ulster Unionist Council and naturally I hope it will be a very positive and constructive one.
"We want the Executive back up and running as soon as possible and if the decision is positive, I want to see it back next week," he said.
