The Supreme Court yesterday reserved judgment on legal proceedings arising from the decision of An Bord Altranais to seek a court injunction against a domiciliary midwife, Ms Ann O Ceallaigh, of Temple Crescent, Blackrock, Co Dublin, restraining her from practising. The order was granted in August 1997 and discharged last May.
