The Independent Commission on Police Complaints has ruled there is insufficient evidence to bring a prosecution against the RUC officers alleged to have threatened solicitor Ms Rosemary Nelson. The Lurgan-based lawyer died after a loyalist bomb exploded under her car in March last year.
