Manchester United captain Roy Keane will appeal against Football Association (FA) disciplinary charges arising from his controversial autobiography.
An FA statement said: "We can confirm that Roy Keane has today denied two charges of bringing the game into disrepute (breach of FA Rule E1).
"A date for the hearing will be set in due course."
Keane was charged earlier this month with deliberately setting out to injure Manchester City's Alfie Haaland and - through the publication of the book - profiting from his actions.

Keane was this week granted a 48-hour extension to consider his response to the charges.
He faces an eight-match ban over the charges - a maximum of four games for each charge.
