TIRANA - An Italian navy ship in a multinational security mission to Albania ran aground off the coast of the rebel-held city of Vlore yesterday. A storm lashed VI ore on Monday and throughout the night.

The ship, the Vittorio Venero, belongs to an eight-nation multinational security mission to protect humanitarian aid deliveries in the Balkan state. About 160 Italian troops disembarked from Italian navy ships off Vlore on Monday.
