A man charged with murdering his parents was further remanded at Limerick District Court yesterday. Mr Martin Doherty (25), of Grattan Court, St Lelia Street, Limerick, is charged with the murder of William Doherty (57), a retired garda, and his wife, Theresa (49) last September 21st.
He was remanded to the Central Mental Hospital, Dublin, until August 18th.
