The PSNI has made an arrest after a man was stabbed in the head and arm in Co Antrim.
The victim, in his 50s, was working in a house at Carrowreagh Road in the centre of the village of Armoy, last night when he was attacked.
He suffered at least three stab wounds to the head and arm but managed to flee in his car and drive a few hundred yards to the grounds of a church on the edge of the village.
He was discovered there and taken to the Coleraine Hospital, where underwent emergency surgery. His condition is not life-threatening.

Police said a man, understood to be in his 20s, had been arrested and was being questioned about the attack.
