PERTH - Two prisoners were found hanged in their cells in the same prison hall yesterday. The deaths were confirmed by the Scottish Prison Service who said fatal accident inquiries would be held into both cases. Wayne Niven (21) and William Buchan (27) were found dead separate cells.
