London - The Prince of Wales yesterday surprised guests at a cancer awareness launch by talking about "bottoms and bowels". He called upon the public to lose their inhibitions about discussing bowel cancer when he launched Loud Tie Day - a day to raise awareness of the disease.
The prince was due to unfurl a giant tie 140 feet up the London Television Centre but strong winds meant it had to be secured before his arrival.
