Bangkok - Prince Norodom Ranariddh of Cambodia yesterday rejected a demand by his rival, Second Prime Minister Hun Sen, that his forces give up their arms for a ceasefire. He said this would amount to a "surrender" by his forces and would leave them open to assassination.
