Police will consider comments by the judge in the case regarding Lady Archer's evidence.
Asked whether there would be any police action against Lady Archer, given that the judge questioned her evidence in court, Det Supt Jeff Hunt, who led the police inquiry, said: "We'll take our time to consider those comments and reflect on them in due course."
On Mr Francis's acquittal, he said: "We brought a proper case, the evidence was heard, we accept their decision."
