BRUSSELS - An investigation into the activities of the child rapist Marc Dutroux has revealed a paedophile ring that has been active for 25 years and counts magistrates, politicians and businessmen among its members, the De Morgen newspaper reported yesterday.
The Flemish daily based its information on a confidential report submitted to Belgium's highest court by Mr Michel Bourlet, the prosecutor who has led the investigation.
