In one of the first cross Border fund raising promotions Cerebral Palsy Ireland and the Northern Ireland Council on Disabilities are to hold a North South Yellow Ribbon Week from September 1st to 7th.
This will be the fifth year of the event in the Republic, but the first in Northern Ireland.
Yellow ribbons will be on sale in shops at £1 each. CPI aims to raise over £500,000 in the Republic for its centres and for the provision of technology for children and young adults with physical disability.
