Antti Niemi's agent said today the Southampton goalkeeper is focused on getting fit and not on speculation linking him with a move to Manchester United.
The Finland international returned to training today with the FA Cup finalists following a knee injury to find himself touted as a possible replacement for Fabien Barthez.
Niemi's representative Richard Cody said: "Antti is concentrating on getting fit and looking forward to the Cup final. He is very happy at Southampton, where he has been given excellent treatment for his injury".
Niemi (30) has four years remaining on his current contract. He joined Southampton from Hearts in a £2 million deal last summer.
He gave a string of impressive performances in his first season in the Premiership before being sidelined through injury.
