A Newry man in his 20s died in a two car collision at Haggardstown, two miles south of Dundalk on the main Dublin road, yesterday evening. Two passengers were taken to the Louth Hospital in Dundalk and one was later transferred to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
Two American tourists, a man and a woman in their 60s, were in the other car but their injuries were not serious.
