GAZA - The Palestinian President, Mr Yasser Arafat, yesterday dismissed remarks by the Israeli Prime Minister, Mr Benjamin Netanyahu, on Jewish settlement building in Arab East Jerusalem, saying the Israeli leader talked too much.
Mr Arafat was referring to a statement at the weekend by Mr Netanyahu that the corruption scandal, apparently behind him, was motivated in part by a refusal of Israeli opposition members to accept his decision to build in Arab East Jerusalem.
