Mortar bombs seized

SECURITY forces in the North discovered three IRA mortar bombs yesterday in Co Derry, police said. The Mark 16 mortars were found during a search of open ground outside Draperstown. Army bomb disposal experts were called in to make the devices safe before they were moved. There were no arrests, said a police spokesman.
