Tokyo - Japan's four main opposition parties agreed yesterday to submit a no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister, Mr Yoshiro Mori, after next year's budget passes the powerful Lower House today. The leaders of the Democratic Party of Japan, the Liberal Party, the Japanese Communist Party and the Social Democratic Party will meet early today to decide the specific timing of the motion, Kyodo news agency quoted party officials as saying.
