Moonduster said One Fity One Capital has bought an additional 0.25 per cent, or 59,138 units, stake in Irish Continental Group (ICG) at a price of €25 to €25.20 a share.

Earlier today, One Fifty One Capital bought about 1.6 per cent of the issued share capital of Irish Continental at an upwardly revised €25 per ICG unit.

On September 20th, One Fifty One bought the 1.6 per cent via the acquisition of voting rights of over 368,254 ICG units.

Moonduster, owned by private company Rambone, is the vehicle of the One Fifty One consortium, which, along with Doyle Group, had on June 14th made a recommended cash offer to buy the Irish ferries company for €22 per ICG unit, valuing ICG at €560.9 million.

However, ICG withdrew their intention to recommend the Moonduster offer after Aella made an offer on August 20th of €24 per ICG unit, valuing ICG at €611.8 million.
