It's a fascinating indicator of how our domestic practices are changing, that almost all those booked so far for Alix Gardner's Around the World Cuisine courses, which starts this month, are men. Lucky blokes, who will soon be able to knock out lamb with cumin and coriander, and bruschetta with goats' cheese and chilli, with ease and style.
