A 28-year-old man will this morning appear in court charged with murder after the death of a 36-year-old man in Portadown, Co Armagh.
The RUC called to a house on the Garvaghy Road shortly after 6 a.m. yesterday and discovered the body. The dead man was named as Mr Noel Tolland from the Garvaghy road.
The area around the scene was sealed off yesterday for technical examination.
