Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of man whose body was discovered at a house in Co Mayo this afternoon.
The body of a 34 year-old male was discovered at a house on Upper Thomas Street, Castlebar, shortly after 1.30pm today.
The body was removed to Mayo General Hospital, Castlebar, where a post mortem will be conducted tomorrow. The
scene has been preserved for technical examination.
