A retired building worker who was brought before the High Court yesterday because he did not obey a court order has undertaken not to trespass at the Construction Industry Federation head quarters in Dublin.
Mr Michael Gallagher, Adderwell, Doochary, Co Donegal, has on several occasions chained himself to fittings in the CIF premises at Canal Street, Dublin.
