A man will be charged with possession of a quantity of explosives and ammunition in suspicious circumstances at Craigavon Magistrates' Court today. The charges relate to the discovery of pipe-bomb components and several rounds of ammunition at a flats complex in a Portlec Place estate in Lurgan, Co Armagh, on Tuesday.
