A 28 year old American man was remanded in custody to the Circuit Criminal Court when he appeared in Kilmainham District Court yesterday, charged with raping a 12 year old Irish girl. He is also charged with sexually assaulting the girl and another 12 year old girl in Chapelizod on June 28th.
