A man in his early 50s died last night following an alleged assault in a pub in Co Tipperary. The incident happened at Browne's pub in Burncourt, near Cahir. The man collapsed and died shortly after the alleged assault. Gardai were searching early today for another man who was in the pub at the time. A post mortem will be carried out today.
