Man is charged with blackmail

A man was charged in Belfast yesterday with blackmail on behalf of the UVF.

Mr Samuel Todd Robinson (32), of no fixed address, was arrested after a businessman was attacked in his home in Bangor on January 16th by a number of armed and masked men.
