A man was injured in a shooting attack in Dublin city centre this evening.
The attack happened at Saint Mary's Mansions at 7.30pm.
The man, believed to be in his early 20's, was shot in the back.
He was taken to the Mater Hospital where he is being treated for his injuries. His condition is not known.
Gardaí at Store Street Garda station are investigating the attack.
