A man is in a serious condition in hospital this morning after an assault in a house in Dublin last night.
The man was reportedly hit over the head with a television set and is being treated for head injuries in St James's Hospital.
Two people were arrested after the incident in Inchicore at 11.20 p.m., a Garda spokesman said.
