A 25-year-old man has been injured in a gun attack in Dublin

A 25-year-old man has been injured in a gun attack in Dublin. The man was injured when shots were fired at his home in Dunsink Lane, Finglas, shortly before 10pm last night. He sustained pellet wounds to the head.

He was taken to James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown, where his condition is not thought to be life-threatening.

Gardaí have launched an investigation into the shooting.
