A man (23) is due to appear at Dublin District Court this morning in connection with the death of a man in St Stephen's Green last week.
Mr Patrick Pepper (40), originally from Irishtown, Dublin, was found dead at the Wolfe Tone monument at the corner of St Stephen's Green on Tuesday night.
