A man will appear in the Dublin District Court today in connection with the shooting of former Sinn Fein candidate Mr Larry O'Toole and his son during a First Communion ceremony in Ballymun at the weekend. He was questioned at Ballymun garda station yesterday after being transferred from a Dublin hospital.
