A man (20) is due in court today following the seizure of gun and ammunition in Bangor, Co Down, yesterday.
The man is due to appear at Downpatrick Magistrate's Court later today charged with possessionof a gun with intent to endanger life.
The arrest has been linked to continuingloyalist activity.
The items were found during a search by police of a house in the Silverstream Road early yesterday morning.
