A 38-year-old man has died following a single vehicle road traffic crash in Co Meath this morning.
The incident happened after the vehicle the man was driving went out of control in Milltown near Ashbourne shortly after midnight.
The man was taken to Beaumont Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
The road has been closed pending a garda technical investigation.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact gardaí at Ashbourne.
