A man in his sixties died following a crash in Sligo yesterday evening.
The 62-year-old pedestrian was killed after being struck a car near Sooey, Co. Sligo at 7.20pm.
He was taken to Sligo General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A post mortem examination is to be carried out later.
