A 37-year-old man has been charged with murder following a stabbing in Co Down yesterday.
He is due to appeal in court at Newtownards, Co Down tomorrow charged with the murder of Mr Colin McCarthy (40), who was found stabbed to death in a flat at Kennedy Square, Downpatrick.
Police ruled out a sectarian motive for the killing.
