A man appeared in Cavan District Court last night in relation to a fatal road incident in Co Cavan.
The body of Johnathon Heagney, from Dungannon, Co Tyrone, was found on Saturday on the Carrickmacross Road outside Kingscourt, Co Cavan.
Kelvan Blaney (21) from Kilmainham Wood, Co Meath, was charged and was remanded on bail to appear again at the same court next month.
