Kuwait City - Kuwaiti police have arrested a Frenchman for attempting to smuggle 22 bottles of alcohol into the dry emirate, a newspaper reported yesterday.
Police said the bottles were hidden inside a container which was shipped to Kuwait from France in the man's name, the English-language Arab Times reported.
