The High Court yesterday granted bail to Mr Paul McCarthy (35), Chamber Court, Dublin, who is charged with murdering Martin Comerford (35) in a laneway in Ranelagh on April 26th last.
Mr Joseph Barnes, prosecuting, said there was no objection to bail at a hearing before Mr Justice Kinlen.
