A 61-year-old man has died after being attacked at a house in north Dublin tonight.
He suffered fatal injuries in the assault in Edenmore Drive, Edenmore. A 33-year-old man was arrested at the scene and detained under the Criminal Justice Act, said a Gardai spokesman.
The scene of the death was sealed off for technical examination by investigating detectives and the body left there for examination by the state pathologist.
