Legal argument continued in the absence of the jury yesterday in the trial of a Tipperary man accused of murdering and robbing another man in Clonmel two years ago.

Mr Anthony Buck (23), of Garrymore, Clonmel, has pleaded not guilty to the murder and robbery of Mr David Nugent (22), of Highfield Grove, Clonmel in the grounds of St Joseph's hospital between 11 p.m. on July 8th, 1996 and 1 p.m. on July 9th, 1996.

The jury at the Central Criminal Court was sent away by Mr Justice Quirke until this morning.
