Sydney - A Chinese-born Kung Fu grand master mounted a constitutional challenge yesterday to the election of a nationalist Australian senator who has never handed back her British passport. Queensland schoolteacher Ms Heather Hill, born in Britain, was the only successful candidate from the far-right One Nation party in federal elections last month which saw the party founder, Ms Pauline Hanson, lose her seat. But her opponents complained that Ms Hill, despite living in Australia for 26 years, took citizenship only a few months before her election and never formally renounced her British nationality - as she should have done under the constitution. Enter the Dragon, Guangdong-born Kung Fu teacher, Mr Jimmy Sue, who was persuaded by Malaysian-born businessman Mr Chuck Hong to take the case to the country's highest court. Mr Hong would have petitioned the court himself but he does not live in Queensland where Ms Hill was elected.
