MR SEAN DALY, (71), of Kilcummin, Killarney, Co Kerry, was charged at a special court in Kenmare last night with the murder of his brother, Mr Patrick Daly (69), also of Kilcummin, whose body was recovered from a disused well on his farm by gardai last month.

The accused, one of three men and by gardai in Killarney yesterday in connection with Mr Daly's death, was remanded in custody to Tralee District Court next Wednesday.

The other two men who were being questioned have been released without charge. A file in the case of one of them has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
