A jury has been sworn in at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for the trial of a Tallaght man on a drugs charge.
Mr Bernard Nugent (34), of Castletymon Court, has pleaded not guilty to the unlawful possession of heroin for sale or supply on January 13th, 2000, at Moynihan Court.
The hearing of the case is scheduled to begin on Monday next.
