A man who attacked a Limerick couple with a handyman's knife was jailed for 33 months today. Robert McNamara (21), of O'Malley Park, Southhill, Limerick, pleaded guilty in the District Court to attacking Mr Paul Falahee and Ms Michelle Ryan at Catherine Street on May 3rd.
Judge Reilly ordered that he should receive psychiatric treatment.
