The former Church of Ireland Bishop of Connor, Dr Samuel Poyntz, and the Catholic Auxiliary Bishop of Down and Connor, Dr Anthony Farquhar, are to take part in an international meeting of Catholic and Anglican bishops from 13 regions around the world later this month. The meeting, at a retreat centre near Toronto from May 14th to 20th, is to review and evaluate 30 years of ecumenical dialogue between the two traditions.
