Baghdad - Iraq and the UN's Special Commission (UNSCOM) weapons inspectors said yesterday they had agreed a two-month schedule of action on outstanding disarmament work.
"We have . . . agreed upon a schedule of work, a work programme for the next two months," UNSCOM chairman, Mr Richard Butler, told reporters after more than three hours of talks last night. Iraq's Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Tareq Aziz, standing by his side, said the talks had been "fruitful".
